Fantastic staff, so friendly, efficient, professional. Extremely reasonable cost for services! Brand new office and highly clean + well organized surroundings. Gave great feedback and tips on keeping my teeth healthy too. The Dentist made a point to take time from his busy day to meet me and shake my hand, not once, but twice! That meant a great deal. Currently an offer where if you don’t have insurance, your X-rays and consultation will be free. Woah!! Jump on this!
The building is very clean staff is nice. The wait is as expected dental work takes time. I'd like better communication in depth on whats wrong and how to correct that issue rather than a brief explanation and then you're done. I haven't been to a dentist is a few years but the prices in general are so high.
Made an online appointment for 3:00 PM, had it confirmed, got to Aspen Dental for them to tell me we didn't have an appointment. The lady behind the counter should not be working customer service. 0/10 ain't comin' back.
