Had a terrific experience (as much as the dentist actually can be) with Aspen Dental. My hygienist Selena was very hospitable and created a comfortable environment. Dr. Templin was extremely knowledgeable and put comfort and understanding first and foremost with my procedure along with Terrion. Lastly Amy was very well-informed and explained what would be covered by my insurance for the procedure. It was a very uncomplicated and effortless appointment with an overall great staff.

Made appointment three weeks out from today.gave the receptionist all my insurance information and they called back to get a number off my card in the corner. I made it to the appointment was examined and I explained I wanted new dentures. I lady came back and said I didn't have dental insurance. First of all all this should of been taken care of before today. I had my wife call the insurance company and she was told I had it and gave the phone to the person who said I didn't. After all that waiting I waited another 45 minutes to get a price. The price was way out line. With what my plan pays it still I would still have to pay paid 2800.00. Guess they were gold. Dentures 3700.00. No teeth pulled just replacement. Impressions made off old dentures. I guess affordable dentures are going to get my business. My first top of dentures with teeth pulled wasn't even close to this cost.

A 15 minutes consultation turned into a 2-hour wait. I was charged a $30.00 cancer screening fee that never happened as I was tired of the wait and I canceled said screening. I was asked by the office manager if I had anymore questions and I said no and she said I was free to leave. The front desk secretary acknowledged my departure and said to have a nice day. No mention of a refund for something that never happened.
