Aspen Dental - Pittsburgh, PA - Robinson

Went to Aspen Dental to repair a broken tooth on my denture. They were able to see me the same day I called and replaced the broken tooth in a few hours. They did an excellent job. The tooth is like new. The staff was very helpful and professional.

I am extremely pleased with the care I received at Aspen Dental, Robinson. Since I've had partial dentures it has been such a stressful situation in that I had to wait for up to a week for the return of my repaired dentures. The dentist would send the partial to an outside lab. Thank God I found Aspen Dental, Robinson. The dentist, Dr. Z., and the entire staff had such empathy and warmth that I immediately felt comfortable. I had an x-ray, dental exam by Dr.Z, and then the lab technician came out to see me and say that she would be able to have my partial fixed in a few hours! All good! i realize that with some repairs it may take longer, but I'm sure it would be less than a week! Very pleasant office surroundings, friendly staff , and wonderful dentist. All of them are very caring. I highly recommend this dental office.

I came to Aspen Dental initially because I needed my biannual cleaning done as my normal dentist couldn’t book me. When they called me back from the waiting room, they made me do many different x-rays without asking me or my dad if my insurance would cover it or not (thank god they did since it was a new year). They took me back to a chair where I sat waiting and expecting a hygienist to come and clean my teeth. After 25 minutes of me waiting, and no hygienist, a doctor comes to me and starts poking around in my mouth telling me my wisdom teeth are coming through and I need to get them taken out immediately. I thought that was strange becasue I had been having problems with my teeth but I did not think it was that emergent to get them out. She then takes me to a desk with an office manager and I call my dad to come back with me. This woman then proceeds to tell us that my insurance would only cover less than half my surgery so we would have to pay $1600. My dad and I immediately said n
