HORRIBLE. I went in for an exam after they told me they accepted my insurance. They came up with a treatment plan that was over $4,0000.00 more than my insurance covered. (which is a problem I've never run into before incidentally, as I have great dental benefits) So next, they wanted me to apply for credit to cover the balance which I foolishly did. I decided against using this credit as the cost was too high, but lo and behold, shortly after that I started receiving bills for almost $800.00. Their janky finance company Comenity bank- (IYKYK) is the absolute worst. I had the outsourced bill collectors calling me ten times a day for money I don't owe. I explained the situation to them, and they told me I had to contact Aspen, which I tried to do but was never able to reach a live person, and my messages were not returned. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BUSINESS PRACTICES I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Please take my advice and stay far, far away unless you have extremely deep pockets and unlimited tim

I went to Aspen Dental to repair my dentures. The employee at that time insisted I needed an x-ray, and I denied the x-ray, insisting I only need to repair my denture for issues regarding comfort. They said they have to do an x-ray regardless. I said again, I only wanted a denture repair. They said my only option was to get an x-ray that I did not want. After the x-ray, they said they cannot repair my denture. Now, I was sent a bill for the x-ray that is not covered by my insurance. I am on social security & medicare, and I'm positive I was scammed with the x-ray. tl;dr - I went to repair my dentures. They performed an x-ray and didn't repair my dentures. Now they want money for an exam I didn't need, and they didn't help.
