Aspen Dental - Rochester, NY - Gates

My girlfriend recently went for her wisdom tooth removal and she gets anxious for needles and tried her best to get over it but the doctor didn’t help her throughout and immediately cancelled on her. She who’s been having gum issues and is in need of help was denied that without hesitation. The assistant wasn’t even helping when she told my girlfriend she needed meds to relax. So much for great service. Worst experience ever, would not recommend if you have anxiety.

They get me in the room quickly and then i wait in their room for a long long time they talking about the personal life, then they sent me there, and I find out they can’t do nothing for me I had pain in my tooth May appointment now they made the appointment but then I guess I needed a deep cleaning so they would not do anything until I get that but they should’ve told me when I made the appointment that they weren’t gonna do anything anyway Another thing is they got a missing tooth now before when I had a missing tooth they put a fake one in not very good but they did it now. They said they can’t do it. , And then when I call because they made a appointment for the 14th I got text messages saying they had to cancel it so I call she was rude and mentioned the appointments that I missed but I was only talking about the last one that they cancel but she says she didn’t know nothing about that and only said well you can’t cancel again app for mind you they cancel on me two times. I tried

Upon arriving at the Gates Aspen dental, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. My extraction went very well. Everything was certainly explained as to what was going to transpire. My doctor and assistant did an excellent job. Highly recommend going to that location.
