Very embarrassing for me to go to the dentist office for a abscess especially at my age. But they were very nice, very understanding, and explained everything I need to do to fix my teeth. So very grateful to your staff. Looking forward to having my smile back.

I have nothing but high praises for Aspen Dental. They made a new set of dentures for me and had to do a little bit of adjustments due to rubbing. They did a phenomenal job on my new smile. My bite is perfect now and chewing is like having my original teeth. I give them a big 10????????????

They don’t tell you when things are extra, also be extra sure to double check your bill because they’ll often charge you for things you never got. I was supposed to be given a mouthwash and an oral cancer screening and never received either and then get attitude with no apology when I point these things out. I also get told “yeah fluoride is usually not covered by insurance” AFTER they give me the treatment. I’ve given this place so much money but I can’t even get a sincere apology or acknowledge that they messed up. Update: it’s now 12:08PM, I had an appointment at 10AM for the Motto aligned that I paid like $2500 for. They took me back at 11:00AM for the mold and told me to come back in thirty minutes and I still haven’t gotten this aligner. Do not come here, this place is a joke.
