Removed my top teeth which consumed all my insurance, at that time Dr. Castro said "I noticed you had a space between your front teeth, will you want one on your *final denture*? I paid cash for the dentures. They were tiny teeth but a lot of gums that show when I talk or smile. Only 12 teeth on plate. Too wide, hurt on pallet, lopsided (right to left side), and didn't fit front and back at the same time. Waited 4 months to heal and appointment was set for "you to come in and get your dentures." When I got there today, I was told that these "Barbie-sized" teeth which have never fit are all that I will be getting. During my procedure, Dr Hiatt was rude, uncompassionate, and snarky making comments about my pain, commenting how surprised he was I'd been able to stay off my phone for so long while numbing up, and that if there was any discomfort during my procedure I could blame the assistant, after all "that's how she earns her extra 5¢ an hour". The staff was great, even while the dentist chastised them over their different supply preferences and suctioning skills. "I guess she (me, the patient) likes the taste huh?" when he felt th
