SCAM ARTISTS. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. ALL THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENS. First off, I called 3 times after receiving a referral from my General dentist for a root canal. I have an absessed tooth. The Aspen rep was very polite but said he couldn't seem to get a hold of anyone at that location. ???? 830a, 1030a.and again 3pm. He took ALL my information including that this was an emergency. Not one call back. So he suggested on the LAST attempt to book an appt online. So I did on Wednesday for next available which would be Monday. I put on the appt it was an EMERGENCY. ON FRIDAY at 4pm , someone calls and leaves a voice-mail asking for insurance info. I quickly call back and to my surprise...no one answered. I left another detailed message with the rep and no one called. I showed up with my x-rays and referral. With lots of people near phones at the front desk. Only to be told that MY emergency visit is for them to take more x-rays and examine me. I said I was here for

Never made it in to the provider. Wife made appointments for me and my son. You have to call a corporate number. They verified our insurance. However, we arrived on time and after sitting for 47 minutes we were told they didn’t actually accept our insurance plan. Quite an inconvenience but thing happen.

Absolutely the worst place to go. This is the first negative review I've ever left but I am livid. I went in for a toothache, I left with a 8k bill. I was told that I can do a payment plan, what they didn't mention is that "payment plan with 48 months 0% interest" is actually a credit card with a 22% interest. I put down a $950 deposit and made sure to ask about the refund policy. My appointment was scheduled for a month away since it was for wisdom tooth removal. I cancelled my appointment that same week, I called and called to cancel it but no one called me back. It wasn't until someone called to confirm my teeth cleaning appointment that I was able to cancel it. I was told I will be refunded. Instead I haven't seen the $950 refund, and they maxed out the "payment plan" aka credit card with the 22% interest. They charged $8,000 onto it. And won't call me back. Complete fraud. They destroyed my credit score by taking out and maxing out 8k a credit card for a procedure I never got. It'
