This team of people are the most amazing and kind as well s knowledgeable and professional group I've encountered. Starting a journey for dentures and I have felt so welcomed and non judged authentically and with only my needs in mind. Highly recommended especially if you are one that is nervous about dentist's, those fears will be gone after visiting Aspen Dental .

I am that person who has been traumatized from multiple encounters at the dentist. For this reason, it has been one of my downfalls in the health of my own teeth. My experience at Aspen with Dr.Trent has been beyond amazing. At first I did not trust him, I was used to dental professionals telling me I would not feel any pain and I have had my butt lift out of the chair in tears from the pain I experienced, along with an abrupt discharge once they were done. This was not the case at Aspen, Dr. Trent took his time, he communicated multiple times to make sure I was comfortable. He would describe what I’m going to feel before I felt it and was accurate. He didn’t rush or dismiss my questions, and actually educated me and my fiancé further on our concerns about root canals. My experience here is why I will return and continue to improve my smile.

Not great today. I was IMPRESSED at first visit. Today had a partial crown put in work struggle from staff getting it to stick, and I lost it tonight. I tried calling the exchange and I was advised that the on call dentist would call me within 30 min... And I did not receive a call at all. Meanwhile, I paid ahead of time and I have half on a tooth on the bottom front row and NO RETURN Call. I tried calling customer service and exchange but no call back.
