Wish I could give 10! Everyone was so nice and patient with me. I have a severe anxiety of going to the dentist and everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Completely changed my experience of going to the dentist. And this was from the first visit!
Look, I don't *like* going to the dentist. I may or may not have bitten a previous dentist. But, I can't say enough good things about Dr. Rappold and the amazing staff. I've been a patient for years and they have never let me down. From quick responses to messages left, to convenient appointment times, this practice has it together. Everyone, especially the front desk staff, are personable and dedicated to patient care. Dr. Rappold and his staff go above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable and appreciated. The office vibes are great and for something I view as a necessary evil, I sure do keep coming back. My relationship with this dental practice has lasted longer than my last two boyfriends. ???? If you're looking for a new dental practice to commit to, I 10/10 recommend! ????
