Experienced a professional and welcoming environment at the dental clinic. The staff was friendly and hands-on, ensuring a clean and comfortable experience. Dr. NGoh demonstrated exceptional expertise during my exam, providing a thorough and knowledgeable assessment. Ta, the Dental Assistant, was attentive and had a great sense of humor, making the visit even more enjoyable. Just a great staff of people, top tier to say the least!

My experience at the Augusta Endodontic Center was exceptional! All of the staff were professional, friendly, kind and caring, from the first phone call I received to make my appointment till the follow-up messages after my procedure was complete. The facility was an amazing Christian dental practice. The atmosphere was calming, which included Christian music, prayer request cards, aromatherapy lotion and cloth towels in the bathroom, changing pastel colors under the reception desk, a beautiful aquarium, an assortment of drinks (coffee, juice, water, etc.), and more. Dr. Ngoh was friendly, professional, caring, informative and highly skilled. He made me feel at ease as this was my first root canal. He occasionally sang along to the Christian music as he was working on my tooth, which made me smile inside and gave me comfort. His assistant during the procedure was informative and helpful. Once the procedure was complete, I received a cloth to wipe my mouth, a silver tray, with a bottle

I HATE the dentist office!! This was the best experience I’ve ever had in a dentist office! The staff were all very kind, the doctor let my husband come hold my hand while he gave me the shots it was a very good visit. You could tell the doctor cared about you. I didn’t need my husband the second time I went in. But had the doctor pray for me! I would recommend Dr Ngoh to anyone who wants a superb doctor of dentist! Thanks you guys! The team up front were so helpful and nice.
