I did a root canal re-treatment two years and 8 months ago. The RCT re-treatment failed and Dr. Ahmed Al Salman was not honest with me, withholding information that the re-treatment failed regardless paying him $1,300. Instead, he said that I needed a simple surgery, and when I asked him what I should do to avoid doing that surgery he said that you 100% need it and there is nothing you can do to avoid it. Beginning of February, I had really bad pain and I went for an emergency to check on what was happening with me and he said that the mesial canal was not healing properly and now it is the time for the surgery. He prescribed me an augmentin for the pain and told me that I needed to come back for the surgery in two to three weeks. I went to another dentist for a second opinion, but he said that he did not clean the mesial canal well and last week I went to him to tell him about the second opinion from the other dentist and he said that he is going to do the procedure for me the followi
