Austin Endodontics, LLP

They took great care of me here. I was recommended this Endodontics practice by my dentist for a root canal and am glad I went here. Very professional staff. Dr. Galvan and his assistant Sara were very patient and thoroughly explained the treatment to me. I was in a lot of pain from a dying tooth nerve before the treatment and haven't felt any pain or discomfort at all after getting the root canal. I'm very happy with my results and will definitely consider this place in the future if I ever need another root canal (hoping that I won't ever need one though, haha).

The front desk staff is terrible. I called to ask for directions and was hung up on while talking. In addition, the receptionist began questioning what the dentist told me to say. I asked for my referral back as after this whole experience, I wanted to go to another office and she was very rude about getting me the referral back. The dentist and staff beyond the front desk were great (hence why I gave the practice 3 stars) but the front desk staff could definitely learn to show kindness to customers.

Root canals are never fun, but this is one of my better ones...if not best one. Dr. Galvan, Jr. was great. The entire treatment/process didn’t take as long as I thought it would. No pain at all outside of the numbing (very minimal). Chastity was great throughout the entire appointment. She made sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was going on. Chastity also made sure I was aware of everything after the treatment. Great first impression Austin Endodontics!
