Dr. Kim and his hygienists are all very nice and knowledgeable. My mouth is a bit sensitive. But I’ve always had a great experience here, and they are very gentle. Sarah, the receptionist, is also very nice and prompt in replying and emergency rescheduling. This place is also LGBTQIA+ friendly ????️‍????????️‍⚧️! Highly recommend! ????

They just look at new patients as vending machines to charge insurance and make money. I visited Avenue Smiles back in March for a routine checkup/cleaning. They started doing x-rays without asking me whether I had done them recently or bothering to check with insurance company if it covers it. 6 months later they send me a bill without any explanation of why I owe it. I called the front office multiple times they told me they don't know and they'll get back to me. Meanwhile they just kept sending me reminders for the balance. Turns out they billed me for a missing appointment even though I didn't miss any appointment. And charged me for the xray since looks like it wasn't necessary given that I had a recent one. They refused to admit their mistake. If they cared about patient health they would have asked me if I had a recent x-ray and wouldn't do an unnecessary potentially harmful procedure and then bill me for it. I'm pretty sure you can find another place that actually cares about p

I really had a great experience at Avenue smiles. Everyone is nice and welcoming. It was my first visit at this clinic but felt like I was a regular client. The place is neat, clean and very friendly.
