I went in for a consult with Dr. Agarwal. She's incredible! I went in to discuss some teeth shifting after a broken retainer and I wanted to discuss possibly Invisalign. Just by looking at me she could tell I had sinus issues (I have a deviated septum), and that is affecting how my bite lines up and why my teeth have shifted. She confirmed that I should continue working with my ENT physician to address the bone structure issues that impact my smile and sinuses, and she suggested a sleep study too. With this knowledge, I know that to treat my dental issues, I should first focus on the ENT issues. She really took a look at my case very holistically and gave me a great plan of action. She was able to answer why my bite has always felt slightly misaligned, and I am grateful I did a consult with her. I highly recommend this practice.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. First they take the complete amount from insurance and from patient and after 15months, they keep sending invoice for bill dues for previous treatments, Even after clearing the bills, they say "You have some outstanding amount which receptionist missed to take it from you 2 years ago when you visited". When asked for further clarification, Dr Aditi says "I don't have time to explain you why you need to pay $50 to us, Better pay and leave". She is super rude lady, threatens to either pay or it could be a breach. I have never seen a clinic which talks about outstanding dues from (15-18)months old treatment history and threatens us at clinic to either pay or it could be breach and moreover in such a rude tone. Also, cant forget these words from Dr Aditi "I don't have time to explain you why you need to pay $50 to us, Better pay and leave". Everyone on the staff is ridiculously friendly, and make the entire experience unbelievably pleasant. I’m usually pretty nervous about going to the dentist’s, but Avenue Smiles’ staff was pretty skilled at dispelling nerves, while being transparent about the kind of treatment you need. Would highly recommend.
