Bakersfield Dental Group and Orthodontics

I questioned this dental office about their proposed copays that were not reflected by my insurance using the same procedure codes, they refused to explain the differences and just dismissed me. When inquired, their office manager curtly told me they submitted the "Prior Authorization" to my insurance but haven't heard back for more than 2 months. The FACT is my insurance responded to them but since they can't explain the surcharge of $500, they lied and cut me off.

I will start by saying that Dr. Bang at Bakersfield Dental Group has taken away my fear of dentists. I have never liked going to the dentist and I have had some bad experiences in my past. When I came to Dr. Bangs office I was amazed at how gentle and nice EVERYONE was. Every single tech and receptionist was extremely kind and mindful of my fears. I absolutely recommend Bakersfield Dental Group to anyone looking for a dentist who cares and works to help you afford your dental care!

Zero Stars! My new dentist (who is awesome) said I didn't need the root canal that was performed by this office and that they did a shoddy job on the prep for my partial crown. They like to milk people's insurance and wallets for procedures they don't need. Frauds! Beware! Do Not go here.
