Friendly front office staff. Doctor and his dental assistant were fast, yet efficient with the procedure they did for an old bridge I had. They made me feel at ease and made sure every concern I had was addressed before I left. I was happy with the price as well and I’m so glad I made the switch. I highly recommend!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I really liked this dentist. They seemed to really care about their patients and their needs. They listened to me and made sure I was comfortable. My last few encounters has been a nightmare. Not only did I provide them my insurance 3x prior to my appointment, I called the same day of my appointment and emailed them the information. When I got to my appointment in February they claim to still not have it and forcing me to pay out of pocket just to start my procedure. This procedure took 3 appointments. Before my second appointment I called to ensure they had my insurance information so I won’t have the mix up as the first time, they claim they did and my insurance had covered everything. I explain the amount I paid and was assured I would be receiving a refund. My second appointment came and I discussed this with them they claim to not have been paid out yet by my insurance so wouldn’t give me a refund until then to see if I owe anything after the
This place was nothing but a huge waste of time. I'm sure lots of other people have no problems here, but that was not my experience today. I came in as a new patient, and upon checking, they asked if I had filled out the paperwork online. No one had sent me anything, so I ended up filling it out there. No big deal. When I went to turn in the paperwork, the front desk person apologized about the confusion, said their system was down, and asked for me to have a seat. I sat for 30 minutes while the 3 front desk people chit chatted before going up and asking about how much longer the wait would be... They apologized and said their system was down, and therefore they couldn't see me today... Wth? They knew this when I walked in. I repeat, they knew this when I walked in. Why the heck did they waste my time by having me wait when they knew they couldn't see me today? How frustrating. They offered to reschedule me, but with so many other options, it's unlikely that I'll be coming back.
