I had a dental emergency of a broken molar that needed to be extracted as I was in severe pain. BayView got me in to see the dentist promptly and successfully pulled out the bad tooth and helped me with my healing process. All office employees are kind and helpful. Was wonderful to experience health care in a positive view.!

Had a pediatric dental appt scheduled for 6 wks but 24hrs before the appt, i get a txt cancellation.... But its better than the infidel they have working at the Venice office, pick your poison, and choose wisely.

Visits are unusual and take too much time, took 4 tries to get to the appointment because they kept rescheduling (once was on me, I got sick). Teeth hurt almost 2 months after my fillings still. Charged WAY more than the estimate and they take unnecessary additional x-rays that aren't covered by your insurance instead of working with what you have. Never even got my teeth cleaned because that takes a whole third appointment and I was fed up and didn't trust them after all the tooth pain. As a note: first visit is just talking, x-rays, and checking your teeth. They do not clean your teeth that day and the dentist doesn't do it, a tech does, even if requested. The cleaning and fillings are only on the same day if the tech and dentist both work that day. Unfortunately the day I finally had the filling appointment the tech got hurt and had to leave. At this point it was my third try for a cleaning, so on the forth I told them to cancel. Called about my bill because it was so high, they tol
