As a patient for over 5 years, I have experienced nothing but professional and exceptional care from the receptionist, Technicians, billing staff and the doctor. The office is always clean and they take time to explain my treatment plan. My family enjoys the services provided including our take home care kits (smile). I look forward to returning and often recommend this practice to my associates, family and friends.
I have been coming to Beautiful Smiles for quite a few years and since the pandemic I can see a decline in the care and treatment provided. I had a filling and when I explained to the dentist that now my tooth is rough ( which wasn’t rough prior and not where the cavity was) she really got defensive and short with me. So now I have a rough tooth that wasn’t rough before. My daughter had a filling as well separate from my visit and the first time she numbed her and waited a while then injected the needle which caused no discomfort. This time she placed the numbing cream and immediately injected the needle into her gum which cause my daughter to cry. I feel like this was done on purpose and rushed all after I stated my daughter didn’t need nitrous oxide ( which I said she didn’t need when scheduling the appointment).
