Horrible communication and service. Changed my appointment time without informing me. Days later, Cancelled my appointment with less than 24 hours notice. And failed to tell me the provider i scheduled with had left the practice and also failed to inform me they matched me with someone else
Hygienist Natalia treated me with professionalism and respect. We had an incident with a bad reaction to anesthesia, but she helped me get over it. Still, I would have liked to have full disclosure of the anesthetics planned to be used on me before the fact. She explained the treatment plan to me clearly and executed it well. She also followed up over the phone if I had questions or pain, that was nice.
Dr. Kwong was great, I would definitely recommend for people who get anxious at the dentist's office!
