Bella Dental: Wen Li-Cavallo DDS

I'm writing this review because every time I see my new dentist who has been nothing but an absolute dream, I become so angry I put up with Bella Dental for so long. I originally came here because of the positive reviews. These are only some of the things I've experienced. I've been called and asked to change my appointment to accommodate the doctor's personal life or another patient who wants that time slot. There was one incident where they couldn't get in touch with me to confirm an appointment because they had the wrong number. Instead of contacting me through the email they had on file, they cancelled it. The dentist frequently leaves the room to tend to her screaming children or when they call upon her to help with homework. (This has been nearly every appointment.) There is no privacy or doors. My gums bleed from grinding my teeth, and although she was later able to remedy that, bloody gauze was on full display during a routine cleaning and young patients gawked and made insensi

The office boasts a friendly and efficient staff, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Dr. Li herself embodies exceptional bedside manner. She not only provides honest and helpful medical feedback but also does so with genuine care for her patients. What sets her apart is the absence of any "car salesman" personality – no unnecessary procedures pushed, just thoughtful and personalized dental care. Moreover, I appreciate the efforts made to accommodate patients who suffer from dental visit anxiety. if anyone is more afraid of the dentist, its me. Dr. Li Cavallo is an amazing Dentist. I was petrified to come in for my appointment, but when I got there the entire staff was so warm and friendly, I felt like I had a whole support team there with me. I've had really bad experiences with the Dentist and try to push off my routine visits. This was my least painful dental experience ever. Her bedside manner is awesome!! everyone makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. She actually cares about her patients! I will be following her where ever she goes, She is the best dentist you can ever have!!
