Belmont Family Dental Practice

My first time here with an emergency. My appointment was for 1:30 and it’s now 3:05 and I’m still sitting in The Chair waiting for the dentist. Hopefully they’ll be able to see me before they close(?). What a waste of a day.

So I started going to this dentist because it was close to the house. The dentist herself is great, however the office staff and assistance, not so much. I have had little problems, with scheduling and what they said I could get covered vs my insurance. I had an appointment in July,I was late, I called. They told me because of covid they are backed up until October and to call reschedule around then. I call today to reschedule and they tell me I have a no call no show and to find new dentist. I'm so annoyed, I hope she gets better staff

Well I LOVED this dentist. She is the only dentist I had ever been to that I truly had enjoyed going to. I called last Friday when they were closed, to leave a message. I needed an appointment for a crown that she did. It is causing me pain when I bite down. They never called back. I called today to check and see if I could get an appointment finally and the receptionist was rude and told me they don't see people with caresource any longer. I asked her when that was out into effect and she said "A couple days ago." I asked her why the dentist didn't call her patients to let them know this and she couldn't answer that question, she said "Is there anything else I can help you with?" I said no and just hung up. This is heartbreaking, I have extreme dental anxiety and I have to find someone I'm comfortable with again...
