Tory in reception was very welcoming. Eda the assistant was helpful and friendly. Dr. Kong was very clear about the cause of my issue and the treatment needed. And today's connective tissue graft went very well. Even setting "numbed up" was not nearly as bad as I had feared.
Dr. Kong and all of his staff are amazing and incredibly calming! They immediately ease my nerves on my visits and are magicians in their meticulous work! I actually look forward to going now, as the office vibe is extremely inviting and everyone is so friendly. I highly recommend this dental practice, and would send anyone with perio issues to Dr. Kong and team! Thank you, all!
Dr. Rong, as always, was very thorough and conscientious prepping and inserting my replacement bridge. He made sure that the completed job met his own high standards. Moreover, he patiently answered the multitude of questions that I asked about the procedure.
