I am very happy with Dr.Cramer and staff.Melinda and Gena are very courteous and professional.Dr.Cramer is very knowledgeable,caring and friendly.They are continuing the great care and service that Dr.Thornton and Booth provided in my 30 plus years there.Keep up the good work folks!

FYI All the good reviews are from before Dr. Thornton and Booth sold their practice. I had made an appointment months before it was sold for a cleaning. I am being treated for a periodontal disease. Every 6 months i have to have a standard cleaning and in between i need a deep cleaning from my periodontist. It should of been a cleaning only. The receptionist called me the day before i was due to go in. She told me i had to have full xrays done before i could have my teeth cleaned. Even though my appointment was for a continuation of treatment that i already had xrays done for. I was told it would be 413 dollars bc i don't have insurance. This is not the same friendly patient oriented practice it once was. I am sad to see this happen to such a great place.
