Friendly Staff, clean facility, and pleasant to do business with. Could be open more days, but it's manageable. Clear-Plastic braces were not fun, but not horrible. You warm up to them quickly and they allow for a lot of versatility. It's worth the end result. As a someone who's never had braces it's great to ask the following to have a clear understanding of the treatment: 1. What is the the estimated treatment time 2. Explain the possibility and potential length of a 'second round' of treatment. Also, what you can be done to avoid it. 3. Once the treatment is complete, how long should I expect to wear a daily retainer. Also, make sure you understand the length of treatment they are prescribing to your insurance paperwork so you don't make any changes in the interim as that can add complications., otherwise ask them to adjust it to match your actual treatment as it occurs. They will work with you but it's best to get this info up front as an FYI

I sporadically decided to straighten my teeth and it was one of the best decisions I've made. A MAJOR part of why this decision was so great was because of Bloom Orthodontics. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Vu takes her time with each patient and makes sure she understands the results they want. I went through multiple rounds of scans and trays and never felt pressured or rushed to end treatment. I felt understood and listened to. It's very easy to book an appointment (so much flexibility!). The office is clean and there is tons of parking on site. This was the easiest process I've ever dealt with. 100% recommend!
