I'm new to orthodontry after 60 yrs. Dr Blue keeps everything light and happy --have no fear, folks! And his staff... uniformly super-nice. I can tell they're well trained. I stopped in for an unscheduled adjustment, and they accommodated me with a smile! The service philosophy is quite evident... must start at the top.
For the past two years I have been coming to the 7st location! The office is beautiful and very clean! Everyone is extremely professional, always smiling and has a wonderful attitude! My appointments are always on time and they worked around my work schedule! Dr. Blue and Madison were very gentle with me during the whole process! I always felt comfortable because they adapted to me since I was nervous! Any time I would call to ask a question about my upcoming appointments they would always respond respectfully!
I highly recommend both locations! The staff are professional, timely and friendly. Dr. Blue works at both and is very nice. They made the process easy the last year and a half.
