I had an appointment yesterday with the dental hygienist. I arrived with the front desk smiling and making me feel so happy to be in their presence. The place was super clean & the hygienist was AMAZING. I left feeling so happy I had finally found somewhere I loved and felt comfortable at. Then today I was called to see if I could come in for a root canal within an hour. I arrived and was comfortable up until after my numbing was injected. My face swelled up (not just the felling of it being swollen) I couldn’t breath out of my nostrils and my left eye was watering uncontrollably. Blake his assistant made is seem like I was unreasonable when I questioned why this happened (I am not new to being numbed for a procedure) & Dr.Gibson made me feel the same when I asked. He said it wasn’t rare but he must have nicked a blood vessel or something by accident. Then made it seem like things happen but I shouldn’t be concerned. I asked for a few minutes to think about how I felt going further. (T

Patient care is awful and they do not accommodate their patients at all. Staff is rude. They have a lot of staff issues and changes. I get a different hygienist every time I go. They rescheduled my 6 month appointment 3 times and said they couldn't see me because of doctor wanting to be off. The first time was ok because they moved to a new location but the other two times was because the doctor needed to be off! Now I'm going past my 6 month appointment, thanks to Bluetooth dental Which has happened to me in the past! Very upsetting, I will be go going elsewhere for my family dental care. Doctor here is kind but needs a better staff!!
