Amazing service at this practice! I had all of my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Couldwell, and it was an easy and painless experience. From consultation to the healing process, I think it was the most optimal experience it could be. I look forward to working with Boston Smiles in the future.

I really hate going to any dentist, but Dr. Jahnsen is really nice, explains what she’s about to do, and checks up on me throughout the visit. This place is very clean as well.

My rating is not of the care/dentist, but of the service. First time I made an appointment here I was running 10 minutes behind. I called them 3x(the number listed on google) to let them know and I got a voicemail. 5 minutes after my appointment time they call me and say, unfortunately we have a 10 minute grace period so we cannot take you. I was walking in at this time and litterateur bargained my way into being seen. Second time I go, they tell me it’s 130 dollar copay because my insurance does not cover my appointment. Would have been nice to know that before I booked and spent my time scheduling appointments! The reception said “it’s still 130 dollars”. Thanks but no thanks!
