I was a new patient to Nylaan have had braces in the past and had perfectly straight teeth. I requested that I have a small chip repaired to a front tooth and a goal to lengthen my front teeth, instantly I was told that I needed Invisalign, which I was given Suresmile. A few thousand dollars later I had a crooked bite that effected my chewing and can visually see the teeth on the left side pushed out. I had addressed immediate correction and was told that I needed to start over. I began the new liners and another 9 months later, it was worse. I discontinued wearing the liners because I was advised by other dentists to do so and met with Dr Nylaan. He failed to answer my questions , correct or even advise a plan moving forth. He was unprofessional and cocky In demeanor. Refused to refund and never showed me before pictures that I had requested at our appointment. What a shame to the dental community and oral care. Staff is very pleasant and professional outside of Brian Nylaan.

Such a great office, Dr. Nylaan and his team are very professional, caring and personable. Dr. Nylaan keeps up with the new dental technology and makes sure my teeth are in great care! Highly recommend this office to everyone.

Dr. Nylaan is without question one of the best dentists in the Grand Rapids area. He and his staff listen and work with the patient for the best outcome. Dr. Nylaan is at the cutting edge of the latest techniques in dentistry and us always educating himself. I am very happy with all the work he has done for me and I highly recommend him!
