Brident Dental & Orthodontics

Bad customer service. We waited nearly 2 hours and when I went to the front they told me I had to reschedule. No communication about the wait and they lied to my face several times. I don't know if the dentists are good or not because we never saw them. If you value your time and want to be treated with respect- AVOID this office.

I try to refrain from writing bad reviews but if I could give this place no stars I would. Let’s start with the staff, super friendly EXCEPT the front desk employees. The absolute rudest encounter I have ever had, made me feel irrelevant and super unhelpful. I had such a horrible experience with the ladies up front that I ended up switching dentist and they were so petty they never sent my X-rays after I called over 10 times and visited the main office location twice. Each time I was told “we will get it done this is not priority.” And then they never sent it so beware of that- if you’re switching to a new dentist don’t bother trying to get charts/info they will not send it. Beyond that the dentist I did see while very nice told me I had 14 cavities, which I knew I did not. I then visited my new dentist (castle dentist highly recommend) and they told me I had 3 WHAT!!!! Totally insane, Brident dental just wants your money and is run extremely poor. Will be making anyone and everyone aw

Save yourself some time and DONT ever schedule an appointment for this specific location. The receptionist was extremely CONDESCENDING and overall rude . I had made 4 appointments total for me and my siblings 2 weeks prior our scheduled appointment date . Only to walk in and have the lady at the desk say that she had to cancel my appointments because her manager wasn’t there (makes no sense) . After us going back and fourth she kept on bringing up the fact my dad didn’t speak English… I left .
