Had a great experience today with Diana, she attended our family and went over and beyond to help my son and make us feel welcome. I appreciate her willingness to make all the proper calls as needed.

First time coming to this office and our experience was excellent from the time we walked in Diana was so amazing with explaining everything making my daughter feel comfortable Natalie is my daughter and I can’t express this enough dr was amazing also def recommend this place

The pro is they take my insurance with Medicare .they got some of the work done. The con is always confused about what and what not my insurance covers .it seemed to never be a straight answer .the dental surgeon only comes in once a month and he wasn't that gentle removing a tooth .the thing that really made me say goodbye to this place was the Indian lady dentist .she was mean and when she said a tooth needed to be extracted even though there is no decay I told her years ago a dentist I went to probably would have tried to save the tooth with a root canal and crown .she said in a ugly tone then. You can go back to that dentist .that was the nail in the hammer for me . that dentist is very ugly to people if you don't like your profession then get a different job .this place is way better than the other dentists Jefferson dental on Jefferson and edgefield. Front desk isn't terrible could use a little work but like said that dentist comment was the nail in the the hammer if the dentist
