Brident Dental & Orthodontics

My daughter’s appointment was at 10:30 didn’t get called back until after 11:30 all to be told no work was going to be done today. I was told to reschedule for a different day.

1. Scheduling was a nightmare! 2. Went in for a check up/cleaning… instead the dentist told me I needed a deep cleaning and I had to get all this other work done. Nobody explained to me anything. Nobody said anything about my chipped tooth. Not to mention when I got there after scheduling my appointment weeks out decided to ask for the dental insurance info.. which was ridiculous. My appointment was at 4pm didn’t even go back til about 5pm and left close to 6pm…. People who were waiting before me left because it was ridiculous. I love this place for my 2 year old, but for me is a no! I don’t like dentist offices because they just want money not to actually help. I will find myself another dentist who can actually do what they need to do. Also received a text message for missing my appointment! Which is weird because I went and have paperwork to show for it. Been doing better without dentist for the past couple years!

I Love The Staff and The Doctors. They are very friendly and helpful and courteous. Brident Dental is a very good place.
