Very good customer service. I went on a Thursday probably not their busiest day. So everything went well. Most importantly techs were very good . Dr also very good Went over things and gave me options on my treatment plan.

Loved this location! Super fast! Front desk was very helpful! Marie helped me with Sunbit!! Very informative & very kind. Dr. Chen was amazing. Super sweet. Made me feel very comfortable! This location is awesome! Thank u ladies for everything! Will definitely be coming back!

Got to my 11am appointment 10 mins early and filled out paperwork since I’m a first time patient. By 11:30 I’m still sitting there with no one saying anything to me so I told them I’d have to leave at that point. Said they only had one doctor so i should choose a day there’s more than one and then I could have an appointment on time …. Frustrating because I even called an hour previous to my appointment to make sure I was going to the right location. So if the appointment needed to be moved to go with their schedule as well as mine then I would’ve appreciated it way more. Can’t just sit in a waiting room all day
