Extremely unprofessional front staff and unskilled orthodontics. Booked my appointment for dental work that they can’t even perform. Either train your front desk to not book an appointment if you can’t perform services or shut down your business. I drove an hour to just be return back from front desk because apparently orthodontic is not trained to perform work because you got your work done in another state. Let people know you are unskilled instead of booking them in to be returned back from rude front desk. Wasting people time and money. Reporting this to better business beareau. Edit: read all their one star reviews, not the fake 5 stars one. it’s a common occurrence for them scamming people out of their time and money . booking appointments when they can’t even perform the work. Business should be shut down.

I have never in my 59 years been so disappointed in the service, and complete disregard for a patient. On May 2nd, I started to try, and get an appointment because my tooth was infected, and needed an extraction. Between their central booking, and trying to get the direct number to book exactly what I needed, and even had another Brident send my x-rays over, they still messed up my appointment. The girl at the front desk Ashley was supposed to call me back on Friday, never heard back. On Monday after 2 hours of trying to get a hold of her, she told me she would call me back again, and never heard back. The pain I suffered from was insanely painful. This organization needs a major change in the way they do things. I hope nobody ever has to endure what I went through. Nobody should have to go through this, absolutely disgusting and unprofessional, and its a dentist office. Learn to treat people better.

I’ve been going here for almost two years. For the most part, I’m able to check in about 5-10 minutes prior to my appointment and be seen pretty quickly. In the summer time, the wait is longer due to kids being out of school and it takes a while to be seen by the orthodontist. I’ve had super quick visits and very extended visits but the staff is friendly overall.
