Brident Dental & Orthodontics

Horrible service, they are nice but not organized at all. I had an appt and I even called to confirm but that day when I went they didn't have my info in the system. Well that was not all, I rescheduled for that same week, left all the forms and my insurance ( I called my insurance to make sure that I had dental cover, which they told me I do), plus Brident Dental called me to confirmed my appt too, but that day they told me that I didn't have dental cover. I mean they called to confirm my appt but never told me that they didn't find my dental cover until the day I went. So frustared it. The people there are nice but they really need more organization and communication. Plus when you call thier customer service the hold time is awful. No recommended at all

Unprofessional! Front desk need to speak to walk-in patients and every other patient with manners and respect. Dr. Tatyana Pushkareva is going to lose a lot of patients because of the staff that is working front desk due to their lack of skills, professionalism and mannerisms.

I love this clinic. The staff is kind and helpful. The dentist is gentle and very caring. I feel very comfortable in the clinic. I recommend them to everyone.????
