Bridgeport Braces

My daughter has received excellent orthodontal treatment at Bpt Braces, for the past 5 years. The "wait time" to be seen is about 2 minutes. The facility is always clean, which includes the restroom. There is ample seating for all. Lastly, the receptionists are polite and professional.

Excellent friendly staff, very clean facility, efficient processes and very modern technology. My experience has been great and it seems like they are always improving. I have no kids but I observed they are also great and patient with kids. I Highly recommend Bridgeport Braces.

I unfortunately need to share my negative experience at Bridgeport braces. I had a very tumultuous experience on every step of the way during my Invisalign treatment. From getting my teeth glued together, receiving the wrong number of trays, missing attachments on my teeth. One positive thing is that when these things happened Dr. Bartley was quick to respond to my concerns and get me a new appointment. However, there was very little communication towards the end of my Invisalign treatment, they left an attachment on my teeth, and they gave me molds for my permanent retainers. Something I was not aware of until the same day. Today I came back to get the missing attachment removed and to my surprise they did not honor rescanning my lower teeth giving me new retainers which all happened due to their oversight. I am very disappointed at how my case was handled so I believe it was important to share my experience to everyone.
