The administrative staff here are criminally incompetent. They tried to triple charge me for a medical procedure, and when I called them out on it, they told me I would receive a refund within 2 weeks, 2 weeks later nothing had happened, I called repeatedly (over 30 times across weeks) to reach a manager, only to discover that the old manager had seemingly vanished to another location, which led me to speculate that this wasn't just incompetence, but possibly a case of fraud. The front desk staff's behavior was equally deplorable. They have a knack for placing you on hold indefinitely, only to mysteriously disconnect the call at their own whim. Also, their website has the wrong number listed for their office and they don't know how to change it! This place should be investigated for medical fraud!

GO ELSEWHERE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS SANE. Seriously incompetent staff. The rates they charge here combined with the low quality of service should be looked at by criminal investigators. I have no idea how this place is in business, but it needs to be reevaluated by medical boards. Their records are all over the place, wrong information provided and unable to locate the correct information. How are these not HIPPA violations.

extremely unprofessional and chaotic operations; flies all over the place; charges random fees here and there after the visit with no invoice or explanation for the charge; the receptionist held me up for over 30 minutes after the appointment to re-enter my insurance info manually, even though i'd visited multiple times before and they should have all that on file; never picks up the phone when you have a question, but texts you multiple times for a fake charge every day. you should only go there if you don't speak a lick of english and need their bilingual receptionists (the only qualification they have really; otherwise unqualified for basic duties like checking your insurance coverage). but if you've read this far, you won't need them. Lee Orthodontics a couple blocks south on Halsted is heads and shoulders above this place!
