I was reffered to Dr. Johnson by my general dentist for a consultation regarding a potential need for a root canal retreat that was not originally performed by his office. I was very pleased with his professional advice and honesty. Although I have never received any other services from Dr. Johnson, I had a great first time experience and will recommend others to his practice for any endodontic related services. His professionalism, knoweldge, transparency and truthfulness appeared to be very genuine and I felt he treated me and cared for me as an individual and not just another patient. Dr. Johnson and his staff were friendly and wonderful. Dr. Johnson is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and TRUSTHWORTHY! He is very honest for you which is key to a great endodontics. They did a consult and were very truthful on whether or not I required a root canal or not at this time.

I had an excellent experience overall with the dental work. I would recommend them to folks as long as you don’t mind paying out of pocket for everything. I was told I had to pay everything up front and they would bill my dental insurance after the fact. After months of not seeing a claim posted I went back and forth via phone calls and emails until I thought I got it sorted. Another couple months go by and still nothing. We’re approaching a year post root canal and my insurance, which is set to cover 40%, still has not heard anything. Beyond frustrating for an experience that started out so great.
