I recently had a truly disappointing experience with this dental office and I feel compelled to share my thoughts and concerns. They barely listened to my questions and brushed them off with vague and unsatisfactory answers. I felt like my concerns were being ignored and dismissed. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR BRACES. They’re unprofessional. They always change appointments because the dentist is never there or they change my appointment times because the dentist is gonna come in late. There’s times where I go months without an appointment. I asked them multiple times to talk to the manger and they always say they’ll leave a message and they’ll call me and they NEVER call back. Overall, I cannot recommend this orthodontist based on my experience. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for patient concerns left me feeling frustrated and let down. Don’t waste your time here and find an orthodontist that actually cares about your treatment.
