I have been coming here for a few years and, overall, I’m okay with this place. The front staff are nice, as well as the assistants in the back. The kid’s dentist (male, I forgot his name) is AMAZING! Every time my kids have seen him, he is so friendly, caring, and informative. When it comes to wait times, it’s ok… sometimes it’s fair and sometimes it’s too long. Call backs regarding insurance approvals are also a hit or miss; you might have to call them to check instead of receiving a call from them first. My biggest complaint is Dr. Nyguen. We have had her several times and every time it was an unpleasant experience for each of us. She barely says a word, doesn’t give a pleasant look, and is rough when working on your mouth. In other words, she needs to work on her people skills and be gentle. Having her is a guaranteed awkward, un-informative, and painful experience. She barely talks to her assistants as well. Had an appointment 1:20. I was told to show up early to fill out paperwork and be seen on time or to print out my paperwork to get there closer to my appointment time. Even tho I got there at 12:35 and filled out the paperwork before my appointment time. There was no one to even do my X-rays. I just left at 1:50 still not being seen for X-rays. Hopefully I can find a dentist who can see me today still (one that was dental assistants capable of doing X-rays)

I use to come here when I was younger so I decided to try as an adult, firstly my appointment was booked for 9 am I was seen at 10, the dentist was very over booked she said “ I don’t know why they didn’t reschedule you “. I still waited patiently had a teeth cleaning first then waited another 45 minutes to be seen. I had a terrible experience, the dentist was rushing and was very unpleasant working with me she was rough with the anesthesia I have nerve damage in my lip, and what I came in for was not taken care of I still have the same issue with one of my teeth sadly. The assistants arm must’ve gotten tired because towards the end she started putting her arm weight heavy in my mouth with the suction which hurt I’ve never had that happen before ever and, I tried to complain with a numbed mouth which did not help she told me “ it has to be dry “ but do you have to put your weight in my mouth ? I definitely will be trying a new location, I came in at 9am and left after 12pm for some fil
