There is a reason this place has so many bad reviews. Absolutely terrible customer service , every single person at the front desk is rude, including RAY and all of the ladies up front . They do not want to help you AT ALL. You can’t expect anything less when the manager Mirella is very rude herself , so of course the rest of the team will follow her lead. I have witnessed them be rude to multiple people. I got a temporary crown put in , and I have never been in this much pain EVER in regards to my mouth. I didn’t even have this much pain before going in ! When the assistant was putting the crown in she was struggling and it took her multiple attempts just to get the crown on . The temporary crown is obviously to big so air and liquids are getting underneath, they refused to give me a new temporary crown and said I have to wait weeks until the final comes in. This is only 1 of the many problems I have experienced with them. It truly has been a nightmare, terrible service, and they don’

The longest wait ever even thought I had appointment. Waited more than one hour after my appointment time. When I ask them what’s taking so long didn’t even care at all. I got up and left literally five minutes from this boring place to the nicer area which is Gateway Dental Group—trust me they will be happy to serve you there. NO excitement whatsoever from The front desk teams. They are rude !! I wouldn’t not advise anyone to visit this place. Im gave them one start because they actually showed up to work.

Don’t go here! I got my gum treated but didn’t work well so the Dentist redid my treatments again and it still didn’t improve. My gum is still low and thin and I paid more than $2500 for getting it worse. He made my bite is now off. I also got an extra bill after I paid so much money for NOT getting my gum better. Worse dentist!
