I had a broken molar that was causing me pretty significant pain. The dentist and hygienist were good, but I am pretty sure the lady from the billing department fleeced me. I have dental insurance, but she told me my tooth extraction would be over $800, and my insurance would only pay $5 of it. I was desperate to get the tooth out that day, so I asked if there was anything they could do. She told me I could go to a dental clinic. No empathy whatsoever for a person in pain. I couldn't wait to get an appointment at a cheaper clinic. I let the tooth situation ride way too long, and I needed it out yesterday, so I used my HSA to just get it done. I was in too much pain to go bargain hunting. So the procedure went well, other than a weird random stitch connecting my cheek to my gums. Not sure what that's about. Anyways, I checked my dental insurance portal today, and it says my contribution should have only been $25. I'm thinking I may have overpaid by about $800. Now I have to try to figu

So my entire family was seen here me and my husband “needed” a deep cleaning which is expensive and our insurance only covered regular cleanings. My aunt is a dental hygienist and everything in between she was Dentist right hand person at their old practice and she’s said that’s how they get you for more money and my teeth are extremely great shape hardly ever any plaque build up nothing a normal cleaning couldn’t take care of. I’m so naive I thought ok let me get the deep cleaning and didn’t think twice. Last time I go here won’t go to a place that will drain you for every penny especially target those who have private insurance. I use to go to my aunts office but her boss sold the practice to retire and it’s so hard to find a good family dentist. I’d stay away from here !! They keep calling me to schedule appointments even after firmly telling them I won’t go back.

Bright now Dental was truly the best dental visit I have had!! They were very helpful and quick to answer my questions and see to the needs for which I had made my appointment. The entire staff was very courteous and knowledgeable, definitely a recommend for dental needs!!
