Just switched to Bright Now Dental (Gresham) and staff and Dr. Lin have been wonderful! Dr. Lin has gone up and beyond for me and he has done a fantastic job to make sure I'm satisfied with his work!
I’ve had multiple appointments at this location and each time I’m scheduled at 8am, I’m not even called back until at least 8:25am. Note I am also the only patient in the waiting room and the first appointment of the day. They have no one in front of me and have no reason to be this late/behind. Definitely will be finding a private practice where they actually care about their patients and don’t try to schedule me 3 different cleanings that can be done in 1 sitting.
I would not recommend this establishment. They gave me a estimate without insurance of 653$, then with insurance of 603$ after my insurance covers 50%. They adjust the price up to 1295$ when you have insurance. This was for 3 fillings and a tooth pulled. If you value for maximum for the year I wouldn't recommend this place.
