Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics

I previously had anxiety due to my previous dentist excessively stabbing me wit a needle my nerve was sore for 2 months. I expressed this to Bright Now at my consultation and was told by a sweet older lady that the staff was very compassionate. I came in today for my extraction and the Dr. says you have tattoos these shots wont hurt then says the shot on the top of my mouth hurts the most! So he clearly knows this stiff is painful. i ask the dental assistant could i hold her hand she told me NO. so im guessing since im Black with tattoos and my ancestors survived on a boat for months i shouldn’t be scared of any needles and can survive anything who cares about my trauma. Its jus something about a Doctors who values that his patients trust him ! i cried like a baby in the car cant wait til i graduate from college because when you poor you really get the short end of the stick in healthcare:(

After having a really bad experience at another dentist I came to Bright Now. I won't lie I was scared at first but all the staff we very friendly, patient and very professional. I'm booking an appointment for my kids for their check up now. If you want a great dentist please come to this location.
