My initial visit they called and scheduled me for a later time which when I showed up it was not documented and had to reschedule. When I did come the second time they initially couldn’t find my chart, but after a bit it was found and I was able to get my appointment done. I was quickly able to schedule a cleaning the following Monday which was nice, the staff there are quite friendly. The hygienist, physician and clinical staff were all great.

Very thorough and gentle. I was late and they understood and did not cancel appointment but fit me right in when it got there. The staff and doctors are very nice and personable.

I went to Hillsboro location on May 31st for cleaning. It only took 15 minutes when it normally takes 45 minutes. The person was poking my gums all the time and not the tooth. Also fed me ice cold water to wash my mouth. I said the water was cold and got a reply saying that's what we get from the faucet What a rip off! I am paying alot of money for this place with private insurance and it's not worth it. I am giving 1 stars because ir doesn't go lowe than that but there should be minus 10 stars for the service I received yesterday. Unbelievably worst!
