I find it a little suspicious when every time I come in just for a regular periodontal maintenance cleaning they are always suggesting a deep cleaning EVERY visit, I found it funny that the hygienist accused me of going to another dentist because apparently my upper quadrants were fine but now it’s my bottom quadrants when last visit it was the opposite. What also is a little suspicious is that for some reason they are always recommending to make the filling that THEY originally did to “look a little nicer”. On top of that after doing my X-rays and exam I’m always waiting 30-45 minutes in the chair because their insurance biller is racking up all these recommended charges. I walked straight out. Don’t trust these dental chains and go to a family owned or independent dental office instead. Never have I walked out of a health provider office in my life and this was a first.

Dr.Peri and the back office staff were great,informative and professional. I had an extraction,it was quick(less than 15 mins)and painless. Afterward I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes waiting for my follow up appointment information. The lobby started to get a bit busier so I decided to leave,figured I'd call and schedule it over the phone. The next morning I went to pick up my prescription only to find out it wasn't there. I called and spoke with Wandra (the fat lady with the bun) at the front desk...she was rude,she spoke over me in an argumentative tone and then hung up in my face. I then spoke with Jackie the supervisor who made excuses saying "Wandra thought the call was on hold". Although Jackie was polite she wouldn't give any further information to help me file a complaint. I will never go to this office again,not even for a follow-up. I still don't have my prescription bc they sent it to whatever pharmacy they wanted to instead of what I wrote down. Moral of the story is somet

The people are friendly enough and the dentist is okay, but this is a for profit place and they will recommend a lot of things you do not need and cannot afford. Would not recommend.
