Made an appointment for an extraction. Said earliest appointment for an extraction was 3 weeks. I accepted it. Got there. Bunch of x-rays, typical stuff. Dentists looks at my mouth for 30 seconds. Assistant tells me they don't do extractions....they tell me to go to this clinic in Shaker Heights with the referral they gave me. 90 minute drive one way. Clinic doesn't have blood pressure cuffs, they can't extract on someone with a history of high blood pressure. 5 weeks, still have a rotten tooth in my mouth. This place is a scam to milk your insurance.

My appointment was at 11am. I arrived at 10:30am as I was asked to come 30 minutes early. I wasn’t seen until 11:15 and people who arrived after me were called before me. I didn’t like the x-ray area as there is a huge glass window where people in the waiting room can watch you as you are getting x-rays done. I have a very sensitive gag reflex and was drooling during this time and it was very uncomfortable with the people in the waiting room watching me. The worst part of the appointment was the demeanor of the dentist. She came in, barely spoke to me, looked in my mouth, spoke medical jargon over my head to the dental tech, and then walked away. The tech tried to make an excuse for her saying see was seeing 6 people at one time, but does that me she couldn’t address me directly? The whole experience left much to be desired.
