I have been avoiding my dental care for quite a while now due to some really bad experiences. I originally went in for a very painful tooth that needed a root canal. Turned out that the tooth was too far gone and needed to be pulled. Everyone from Dr. Hobock and Javier to the office manager Stephanie were fantastic. Everything was explained to me in detail and the procedure was quick and fairly painless. I have not had any issues with healing and the aftercare instructions were explained thoroughly. I will be coming back for everything else I need done and my regular dental hygiene.

What a nightmare!! Through out the process , 4 appointments canceled w/o letting us know until we checked in. Appointment made to finalize her dental work when patient hadn’t had any work done yet, other than just the molding. On extraction day, surgeon asked if antibiotics were given prior to today’s surgery .. none given.. no prior history asked or forms to complete until day of surgery, today. All this my 95 yr old mother had to endure..

Screw this place and the staff too. I had a procedure done here awhile ago a consult cleaning and an exam. I had heard bad things how shady they are but wanted to give them a chance I called my insurance confirmed with receptionist it would be covered. So what do they do? Have unnecessary x rays taken not covered by my insurance. So I get a call saying I owe money which I then reached out to the manager left a voicemail no follow up. This place is trash take your money elsewhere where they are more deserving of business. 0/10 (:
