This dentist needs to be re-evaluated by a professional; they do not know what they are doing. They are dangerous. I went with them because I had a bride, and my gums were blinding. I was looking for professional advice, and they told me I needed to replace the bridge, so I did it with them; when they removed the old bridge, my gums were soft and bloody, and they took. Measurements, and I stalled a new bridge; they told me I needed to wash. My mouth with salty water has been three years ever since, and my problem is more complicated now. They messed up in a way that is no way back. And they mess up.my daughter’s mouth as well. They charged my daughter 3,000 dollars for braces, but the dentist never pulled out the wisdom tooth. Now all the. pieces are shifting back. What kind of professionals do things like this? The are not professional Doctors, Seriously. Be careful with them.

If i could choose 0 stars i would. I made the mistake on searching for the closest ortho office and led me to this place. I should have read the reviews it would've saved me thousands of dollars and a messed up jaw. I came to this place looking to get braces and was sold on aligners. They told me it was better then braces because i wouldn't have so much in my mouth. when i went for the impressions of my jaw the assistant was negligent and hurt me. She put the impression tray in my mouth and pushed down without supporting my jaw. My jaw was tensing up because obviously it didn't open that wide. She was frustrated with me and told me to relax my jaw and so i did an she yanked my jaw down soo far that i felt like my jaw was going to break off. Ever since i have pain on both sides of my jaw and it cracks every time i bite into my food. Also started getting a locked jaw in the mornings. I complained to the Manager and she offered me to go see the dentist if my pain persisted to which i did

Called them today, march 27,2024, telling them I need a tooth extracted. They said to come in. They took 20 mins of xrays, then sat me down to tell me I need a deep cleaning and they could do that today. Im here for an extraction. Then told me I need wait till April 29th when their surgeon comes in and that he won’t do it unless I pay 500 out of pocket for a bone graph. If you can’t extract the tooth today, why did you say come in. Scam artist… Why am I here when I want the tooth taken out today, and all you’re gonna offer is a deep cleaning. Why did the brainless person answering the phone tell me to come in knowing they can’t accomplish what I need done. Why as the dentist there do you allow a surgeon come in and dictate extra charges that no insurance covers at all. They’re a scam, they’re honestly racist as well, they spoke to me in Spanish and I told them I’m not Mexican, got the side eye cause I look like I am. Asked to speak with the dentist.
