Just went today June 28th to get a tooth filled that had a minor chip when I set my appointment I've been a client with them for over 5 years and spent over $6,000 with them with my braces. They told me that it wasn't a problem and it shouldn't take longer than an hour. I was supposed to get deployed today and missed my flight. I waited for 2 hours at the office for them to tell me that they couldn't do it when they told me on the phone that they could. Horrible service it doesn't seem like it's the same group of people that work there before when I got my braces. I would never go back. The only reason I went back is because I had a $350 credit left over. If you are in the military they do not take care of you do not go to this office.

DON'T GO TO THIS DENTAL PRACTICE! They actually deserve zero star. The worst ever I have experienced. The office staff is so incompetent. You never get any call backs. They give you a price for a procedure but do not honor it and charge more than what was quoted. I have the feeling they are only interested in what money they can fleece from you.

I’ve been here 6 times in the past year. Every time, it’s an hour and a half wait past the appointment time before I’m seen. And then they seem offended when people get impatient. Every time I’m told— “We’re short staffed today”. How are you short staffed every time over the course of a year? God bless the dentist and hygienists. They probably don’t get a second to rest. If you don’t have the staff, book less appointments. We’re not only patients, we’re customers. I don’t expect it to change, but I wanted to provide my suggestions. Please fix this. I will update my review if my experiences become better.
