Unprofessional. 1 star is more than enough for this visit. The appointment was at 8:30, they took us at 9:15 , X_ray & cleaning by 9:45 , then "some doctor" saw us for 6 minutes. One doctor kept mumbling that we need to thank her, when all she did was wipe my son's teeth with her finger. many criticism against this practice but nothing was done to fix themselves. An update: in our recent appointment, they charged us like $150 for a service that was already approved by the insurance and I told them but they refused, anyway when they realized their mistake they said it's GANA take a while to fix it. Just another scene.

I have been coming here less than a year and so far I’ve made four appointments that have never happened; one ortho appointment was cancelled on me less than an hour before I was supposed to show up. The rescheduled ortho appointment plus two other previous appointments I made by phone all magically disappeared from their system. The only availability they seem to have for me after one of these scheduling issues is always a month out so I rework my schedule and wait it out only for another issue to happen. I appreciate that they are apologetic, but no effort beyond that is made to make it right. The providers were great, but clearly the office is mismanaged to the point that I don’t want to come back. Waiting to hear back from the doctor so I can ask for a refund for the aligners I paid for but never received.

I went in for a cleaning at the Parma location and was pleasantly surprised, Becky was fantastic! Not only did she do an amazing job, but she made sure I was completely numbed in the right spots before proceeding with the cleaning ( some other dentists I’ve had in the past did not ). She had genuine concern for my comfort and was very professional. Thanks Becky! You’re awesome ????.
